Donation is easy to arrange through the MERIN Anatomical Donation program. Our donor representatives are on call 24 hours a day, seven-days-a-week. Please call or email us for more information on the MERIN anatomical dongation program or to honor a loved one's request to donate.

Our counselors will provide you with the necessary paperwork, or please download the paperwork from this site.

An organ/tissue donation card does not indicate granted permission for whole body donation. However, as with organ donation, discuss your wishes with family members and legal representatives as well as include them in living wills or other documents that give power of attorney for medical decisions.

MERIN assumes responsibility and cost for all aspects of the donation process including:

• Transportation to MERIN from the place of death.
• Filing of the death certificate.
• Cremation.
